IFS Wealth is a service-based platform offering tools and technology for automated trading. We do not provide personalized investment advice or guarantee any profit. Trading in equities, F&O, commodities, currencies, or algorithmic systems involves risk. Users must consult a certified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. All trades are undertaken at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user.
2. Information Accuracy & Usage
The content, tools, and data available on IFS Wealth (website, app, terminal) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, real-time precision, or timeliness. IFS Wealth will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from use of or reliance on platform content.
3. Simulation & Backtesting Disclaimer
Past performance (including backtest or simulated results) does not guarantee future outcomes. Simulated trading results often differ significantly from live market trading due to factors such as slippage, execution delay, market volatility, and human decisions. All users should practice proper risk management.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Services

- Users are prohibited from using the platform for unlawful, unethical, or manipulative purposes.
6. Fees, Wallet, and Refund Policy
- IFS Wealth uses a prepaid wallet system to enable services.
- All payments made via the wallet are non-refundable.
- Fees will be deducted based on strategy executions or usage.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing policies without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, design, and intellectual property on IFS Wealth are owned by IFS Wealth or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the platform. Any reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Limitation
IFS Wealth, its team, affiliates, or partners will not be liable for any:
- Loss of capital, opportunity, or profit
- Trading losses or technical disruptions
- Unavailability of platform access or delays
Use of IFS Wealth signifies agreement to these risks.
9. Indemnity Clause
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFS Wealth and its representatives from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Amendments & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
